Refund Policy

At Castell Events, we strive to provide high-quality events and experiences. This Refund Policy outlines our terms regarding refunds, ticket transfers, and cancellations. By purchasing a ticket to any of our events, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another individual by notifying us in advance. Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional cases and must be submitted in writing to admin@castellgroup.co.uk

In the event of an event cancellation by Castell Events, a refund or rescheduled event will be offered.

If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. To transfer a ticket, please provide the new attendee’s details at least 48 hours before the event by contacting admin@castellgroup.co.uk.

Castell Events reserves the right to approve or decline ticket transfers at our discretion.

If Castell Events cancels or postpones an event, we will notify all ticket holders via email. If an event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within 7 days of the reschedule announcement. If an event is permanently cancelled, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
